A noteable event today, in that Doris's old petrol outboard used for getting to and from her mooring is replaced with an electric outboard thanks to a fund raising campaign and generous donors.
A few of the ferry team travelled to Market Deeping to collect the new engine and receive training from Coulam Marine.

The winter maintenance program is progressing well, with the outside hull completed. Next on the agenda is for the team to flip Doris over to start work on the insides.
